Emergency response basics
Learn how to assess the scene, identify urgent risks, and take the first steps to protect yourself and the injured person while arranging further help.

CPR skills
Participants are introduced to CPR techniques used in emergency situations involving adults, and in some course models this may also extend to children and infants depending on the training format

AED awareness and use
The course includes guidance on recognizing when an AED should be used and how it supports a rapid emergency response during cardiac events.
